Tax Atlas provides free, browser-based income tax estimates for individuals in multiple countries. It calculates approximate tax liability based on official published brackets and rates. The service is informational only and is provided free of charge, with no account or signup required.

Tax Atlas is not a tax filing service, tax preparation service, or financial advice platform. It does not prepare, review, or file any tax returns on your behalf.

Tax Atlas is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make every effort to keep calculators accurate and current — sourcing data from official government publications and having each country reviewed by a credentialed tax professional — but we cannot guarantee that every result will match your actual tax liability in all circumstances.

Tax laws change. Budgets, finance bills, and court decisions can alter rates, thresholds, and rules between updates. Always verify figures with the relevant tax authority or a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax Atlas disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

When using Tax Atlas, you agree to:

• Use the calculators for personal estimation, research, and planning — not as the sole basis for filing decisions.
• Not reproduce or republish Tax Atlas content (prose, design, or calculations) commercially without prior written permission.
• Not scrape the site at high volume in ways that degrade performance for other users. Reasonable personal and research use is welcome; automated mass crawling is not.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the site's design or code for commercial reuse.
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The underlying mathematics of progressive tax calculation is public domain. The specific bracket numbers and thresholds come from government publications that are similarly public record. We do not claim ownership over that data.

Tax Atlas's own expression of this information — including the prose explanations, worked examples, FAQ answers, design system, brand, code, and any original content — is owned by Tax Atlas and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; reproduction of substantial portions requires permission.

Tax Atlas may include affiliate links to third-party tax software products. When affiliate links are active, clicking one and making a purchase may result in a commission paid to Tax Atlas at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly disclosed on any page that carries them.

Affiliate relationships have no influence on the calculator math, bracket data, or editorial content. The calculators are built from official government sources and reviewed by independent credentialed professionals — commercial relationships cannot change that.
